Fashion has always been a creative expression for me, a way of interpreting the world through shapes. I learned to sew by myself at the age of 10, manipulating my father's clothes. I have contributed to the development of several brands, including my own brand FAREN, recognised by ELLE Canada as a womenswear collection inspired by upcycling innovation. With a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and a Master's degree in Fashion Trend Forecasting, I continue on a creative and passionate path towards increasingly responsible fashion. With a focus on quality and detailing, I have been an upcycle expert for over 18 years in luxury garments, specialising in: repair, style and silhouette transformation, fabric dyeing, surface design - appliqué, macramé, shashiko (Japanese darning by sight)-.
