After selecting the designer that best suits your style, you will receive a proposal customised upcycling proposal for your garment within 2 working days from its reception.

Once the proposal has been approved and payment has been completed, you must send your garment to the designer. We will we will provide you with the label to proceed with the shipment, collection and delivery are handled by Menabòh.

The designer will put his hand to your garment. This processing step requires about 4 days working days. Should the project take longer than expected because of its complexity, you will be informed promptly.

The process ends with the return of the upcycled garment directly to your home. Now you can enjoy your fashion piece unique and customisedthe result of a creative and sustainable process.
